Section is an all-rounded agency, always seeking new roles in different departments.
In this project, I created a portal for job availability in the company. Employees can choose to job hop base on the availability or receive referral bonus when they successfully find someone for an available job.

Section, an advertising agency where I worked at.
The Problem
Difficulty finding trusted and capable people for the job scope. Referrals in the past had the highest quality and success rate according to Section's Boss.
The Solution
By creating a job portal, existing internal employees could find meaning in a new job position. OR they can recommend the job to someone that they know, which would be suitable for the job.
