Community Foundation of Singapore is a philanthropic foundation in Singapore. They wanted to build a charity portal for their current donors as well as a portal for their donor relationship manager. We helped them build both.

My role was a UI designer that was in charged of the design library and the overall look and feel of the portal.

The Problem

Right now the donor-to-relationship manager communications are all manual. Donors have no way of tracking how much they donated or who they donated to real time.

The Solution

By creating a donor portal, donors could see how much they donated, browse charities they could donate to and have a more self-served donation experience, making donating easier.
